If you are reporting a bug in one of the hash tools, please include the algorithm, the exact input you used, and what you expected versus what you got. If you are reporting an error in an article, include the article and the sentence or value you believe is wrong — we treat corrections as priority mail.
Bug reports and feature ideas
For reproducible issues, the best channel is the open-source repository issue tracker:

Please check whether the issue has already been reported, and never include passwords or other secrets that you actually use — hashes are fine to share, real credentials are not.
What we can't help with
- Decrypting or "cracking" a hash for you. We won't reverse passwords or retrieve the plaintext behind a hash — that's the opposite of what cryptography is for, and (without verifiable ownership) it's not a service we provide.
- Custom hashing implementations. We're glad to explain an algorithm, but we don't write or audit production authentication code on a one-off basis.
- Ad-related disputes. For questions about ads you see (personalization settings, blockers, billing), please contact Google AdSense support directly — we don't control the ad network's serving or payment behavior.
Response times
We're an independent, self-hosted operation, so there is no 24/7 support desk. Expect: bug reports acknowledged within two business days; article corrections typically applied within a week; feature requests triaged monthly.
